Idea creation
Reflection: In one of our journals, we wrote about possible ideas for the critical narrative. This was the very start to my writing process. I didn't know what I wanted to do and at first I thought a picture essay would be a good way to represent my identity. I brainstormed possible ideas for what part of my identity I wanted to focus on. This was where my idea was created and planned out.
outline
Reflection: For one of our conferences, we were to bring an outline of our genre piece. My outline demonstrates how my essay will look and be formed. Also, it is a plan for what information I plan on using and how my paper will be organized. At the conference, I received positive feedback as well as suggestions on what i can add.
Rough draft
Reflection: This is a part of my rough draft that I plan to explain how I fixed it in the final draft. It shows the feedback form you of what I needed to fix and how I could improve my introduction paragraph. As I mentioned before, I was not pleased with my intro and in my final I was very pleased and fixed what needed to be fixed to make it strong. Also, I have a hard time at being creative so my title is straightforward and in my final draft I fixed that too.
final draft
Reflection: This is a part of my final draft, my introduction. It is much longer and more developed and grabs the readers attention. I took what I learned in class and applied it to my writing. My title is more creative and I think explains what my topic will be about in a creative way.
